Tencent Cloud – AI & LLM Solution Architect

As an AI & LLM Solution Architect at Tencent Cloud, you will design and deliver end-to-end AI and LLM solutions for European enterprises, bridging business needs with TokenHub and MCP ecosystem capabilities. You’ll lead architecture, proof-of-concept, and deployment efforts while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Research teams. You will translate customer requirements into product improvements and drive scalable enterprise AI adoption. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on implementation in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

• Understand enterprise challenges and design end-to-end AI/LLM solutions using TokenHub, LLMs, MCP, and AI capabilities
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture design, PoCs, validation, and production deployment planning
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams during implementation and production rollout to optimize AI applications
• Design scalable AI architectures leveraging LLMs, prompts, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, model fine-tuning, vector databases, and cloud-native services
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering/Research to translate customer needs into platform enhancements and improve developer experience
• Develop reusable reference architectures, implementation frameworks, and best practices to accelerate adoption across Europe
• Support strategic opportunities with technical proposals, architecture reviews, tender responses, and due diligence throughout customer lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, ML, AI platforms, cloud computing, MLOps, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical consulting
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, model fine-tuning, inference optimization, vector databases, API integration, and cloud-native AI architectures
• Experience deploying enterprise AI applications on public cloud platforms with knowledge of multi-model orchestration, deployment, inference services, observability, and production ops
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin for collaboration with China HQ
• Self-driven with strong learning agility and curiosity for emerging AI technologies
