In this role you drive the technical integration of terminal hardware with ATOSS software for a diverse customer base. You own key projects and coordinate informally within a collaborative team. Expect regular remote customer work, planning, and hands-on problem solving in a dynamic environment. • Lead technical integration of terminal hardware with ATOSS software
• Handle varied tasks across SMEs to international corporations
• Plan, analyze requirements, and implement challenging customer projects
• Advise on technical issues and application problems
• Independently plan projects and schedules within a collegial team
• Perform regular remote assignments with customers

• Ideally completed studies in a technical or scientific field
• Technical affinity with experience in computer networks
• Experience with direct customer contact, in an advisory capacity
• Troubleshooting experience
• Fluency in German and very good English
• High sense of ownership and reliability in coordinating tasks
• Ability to informally guide colleagues on a technical level and support decision-making with well-founded recommendations
