Therapy Specialist Cardiovascular Surgery Germany

In this role, you advance patient care by leveraging deep clinical and scientific knowledge of our vascular products and by engaging key medical stakeholders. You will build and nurture relationships with thought leaders, payers, and health systems to demonstrate clinical outcomes and product benefits. You’ll drive adoption of safe, effective usage tools and contribute to bringing new products to market. The position supports cross-functional field activities and, for MDs, bridges communications between sales, marketing, and clinical teams. • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of clinical and scientific data for products and maintains understanding of the science behind them
• Nurtures relationships with thought leaders, professional societies, and payers
• Drives adoption of tools and techniques for safe and effective product use
• Communicates product-related information to investigators, institutions, and health systems to demonstrate outcomes and benefits
• Supports field activities related to growing existing products and introducing new products to market
• MDs may bridge communication between sales, marketing, and clinical teams as needed
• Conducts continuing education workshops, seminars, and programs for graduate physicians, pharmacists, and scientists

• At least 5 years of vascular surgery experience, primarily in project management
• Experience in support process management, with preference for off-label request expertise
• Bachelor’s degree
