Title Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Support all real estate title and survey analysis for renewable energy projects.
• Work within the Land Management Team in a fast-paced closing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Order, review, and process title commitments and ALTA surveys.
• Draft curative documents, edit proformas, and prepare legal exhibits.
• Track title work status and report to internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field and title/survey/real estate paralegal experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
