Trade Marketing Manager Global Travel Retail (f/m/d)

In this role, you will shape the Global Travel Retail channel strategy and translate brand goals into customer-specific trade marketing activations. You’ll lead promotions, product launches, and POS initiatives, while analyzing performance data to drive actionable insights. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and brand teams, you will ensure alignment of global brand strategies within Travel Retail and act as a key brand contact. This fast-paced, international environment offers the chance to impact premium brand presence across a global channel.

• Support development and implementation of the Global Travel Retail channel strategy
• Create and execute customer-specific trade marketing and activation plans aligned with brand objectives
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate customer promotions, product launches, and brand activations
• Analyze customer performance, promotions effectiveness, sales data, and market developments to derive recommendations
• Conduct market, shopper, and competitive analyses to spot trends and opportunities
• Manage trade marketing projects with Sales, Marketing, brand teams, customers, and external partners
• Coordinate development and implementation of customer-specific marketing materials and POS solutions
• Serve as a key contact for brand owners and align global brand strategies with Travel Retail

• Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, preferably Global Travel Retail or international FMCG
• Good understanding of premium brands (spirits, tobacco, luxury, beauty, or other premium consumer goods)
• Analytical mindset with market and performance analysis experience; customer-oriented
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and omnichannel activation
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional effectiveness
• Flexible, capable of thriving in a fast-paced international environment
