Trademark & Design Specialist

Our client is a leading top-tier European intellectual property firm seeking a Trade Mark & Designs Specialist to provide paralegal support to the Trade Mark Attorneys in their Munich office.

Job Function:

The job function of the Trade Mark & Designs Specialist is to assist the Trade Mark Attorneys with minimal supervision and to undertake both routine and complex paralegal duties, including but not limited to key tasks around applications, office action on formalities, preparing formal motion forms and other trade mark/design related functions.

The successful candidate will:

• LL.B. holder, a business law graduate
• Knowledge of and proven practical experience in Trade Mark and Design law (minimum 2-3 years in a specialised law firm, ideally 5 years plus).
• High level of English language skills, ideally proven by work experience abroad or in an international law firm/company.
