Traditional Consulting - Project Leader

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges, driving data-driven solutions and transformative outcomes. • Lead cross-functional teams to tackle clients’ high-impact challenges across industries.

• Engage with senior clients to build trust and present data-driven narratives and vision-setting.
• Balance hands-on guidance with team autonomy; manage end-to-end program delivery, scope, quality, and timelines.

• Contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

• Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience leading high-impact engagements.
• Proven track record in project management and leadership to balance multiple demands.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to engage across functional teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills across various levels and contexts.
