For our team in Creglingen we are looking for a:

Trainee for Talent Academy Program (m/f/d) What awaits YOU

Starting from

• 24-month international trainee program
• Rotation through multiple departments (e.g. Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR)
• Contribution to strategic projects with high visibility
• International assignment (up to 6 months)
• Close collaboration with leaders and international teams

Your Tasks

• Taking ownership of projects and sub-projects
• Process analysis and deriving improvements, data analysis and development of recommendations
• Supporting strategic initiatives
• Creating presentations for management
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams

Your Strengths

Your Profile

• Completed degree (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, SCM, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering) or comparable program
• Initial practical experience (internships, working student positions, etc.)
• Very good German and English language skills; Spanish is a plus
• Analytical, structured and self-responsible work approach
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe during the program
• Taking ownership of projects and sub-projects
• Experience in the plastics processing industry is an advantage
