Trainer for operator training (m/f/d)

About us

Peter Cramer GmbH + Co. KG is a family‑run company in the aerial work platform industry – offering rental, sales, training and service from a single source. For over 60 years, we have grown continuously and today employ over 150 people throughout Germany. Our training centre has been in operation for over 20 years and is a recognised partner for practical operator training in the industry. At our training centre, we train operators for aerial work platforms, forklifts, and other machinery throughout Germany. The training courses primarily take place in our new training centre in Schwerte, as well as at our locations in Hagen and Hamburg, and on‑site at customer locations throughout Germany.

Your Tasks

• Conducting operator training (e.g. Work platforms, forklifts, cranes, etc.)
• Preparation and follow‑up of training courses
• Maintenance and further development of training materials and presentations
• Coordination of training dates with the sales team
• Conducting training courses at various locations as well as on‑site at customer premises
• Continuous expansion of your training portfolio through internal and external further training
• Independent further training on training‑relevant and occupational safety topics (e.g. technical rules, DGUV principles, etc.)

Qualifications

• Technical interest and enjoyment in conveying knowledge in a practical way
• First experience in the training or education sector is an advantage – but not a requirement
• Confident demeanour as well as good moderation and presentation skills
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, independent and reliable work style
• Friendly and professional interaction with customers and colleagues
• High flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Germany
• Willingness to occasionally conduct training courses on Saturdays
• Class B driver’s licence
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
