Operator Training Consultant (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Analyze training requirements and develop strategies.
• Ensure operator training programs integrate into sustainment strategy.
• Track completion of training programs.
• Work closely with USBP managers and subject matter experts.
• Provide administrative support for site visits and workshops.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of government training experience.
• Active CBP background investigation preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
