Trading Support Operator (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for sportsbook clients regarding product behavior, trading data, and operational queries.
• Investigate customer-reported issues, operational alerts, and system anomalies by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
• Escalate complex incidents to internal technical or trading teams while ensuring proper tracking.
