Application Support Engineer (US) (Fully Remote)

• Provide expert-level remote management and support for production and demo trading environments, ensuring system availability and stability.
• Monitor daily operations including contract scheduling, settlement, and end-of-day procedures.
• Triage and resolve production incidents, follow escalation procedures, and contribute to post-incident reviews.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience supporting mission-critical production software applications.
• Strong knowledge of Linux server systems and proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and incident management.
