Integrations & Technical Support Specialist (Fully Remote)

• The Integrations & Technical Support Specialist is the central point for onboarding and supporting API integrations.
• You will ensure data flows cleanly across the food delivery network by diagnosing issues, training partners, and turning edge cases into reliable connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new API integrations end-to-end with restaurant brands and third-party vendors.
• Investigate and resolve issues originating in API processes, interpreting JSON, XML, and GraphQL payloads.
• Provide technical training and collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Trainers.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of API integrations and hands-on troubleshooting experience with technical integrations.
• Comfort reading and interpreting JSON and XML, with willingness to learn GraphQL.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
