Legal Contract Specialist (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead drafting and negotiation of high-volume commercial agreements including NDAs, master services agreements, and technology transactions.
• Partner with internal teams to apply legal playbooks and agentic workflows, navigating cross-border commercial considerations.
• Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions, identifying inefficiencies and deploying scalable solutions.
