Process Improvement Specialist - LEAN/Six Sigma (Fully Remote)

• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities using continuous improvement principles and LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Prioritize and lead process improvement activities across the enterprise, supporting all departments and functional areas.
• Monitor projects and facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; MBA or MHA preferred.
• 6+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or related process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Previous working knowledge of process mapping, statistical applications, and project management software.
