Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Dover, Delaware: Begin your assignment in Dover, DE and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, provide individualized therapy, educate patients and caregivers, and document care using electronic systems. Expect to visit 5 to 6 patients daily and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Required qualifications include a Delaware PT license. Home health experience is preferred, and geriatric experience in skilled nursing or assisted living settings is also valued.
