The project “Convivial Waterfronts: Reimagining urban coastal conservation for just sustainability transformations” seeks two doctoral researchers to join its transdisciplinary team and develop their own research within (urban) political ecology, convivial conservation, and marine social science. Positions are based in Munich with fieldwork in Cádiz, Spain (1) and Vlora, Albania (1).
The doctoral researchers will be supervised by Dr. Anna Antonova, Principal Investigator, at the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology.
Submit a single PDF containing a cover letter/letter of motivation with a preliminary research proposal (max. 3 pages), a short CV or resume (max. 2 pages) with contact information for two references, copies of bachelor’s and master’s certificates and transcripts, and a writing sample (max. 15 pages).
