US-Based Accounting & QuickBooks Expert

Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced US-based accounting professionals with strong QuickBooks expertise for a short-term AI training and evaluation project with an immediate start. We're looking for professionals with 5+ years of accounting experience and at least 3 years of hands-on QuickBooks experience who can apply their real-world expertise and professional judgment to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Apply your accounting and QuickBooks expertise to realistic professional tasks.
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.
• Identify errors or gaps and provide clear, expert feedback.
• Complete work according to project guidelines and quality standards.
• Specific workflows, tools, and training will be provided to selected experts.

Who You Are

• Are currently based in the United States.
• Have 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Have 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience, ideally with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Have strong practical knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping workflows.
• Are comfortable working independently and applying professional expertise to unfamiliar or complex tasks.
• Relevant backgrounds may include Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, CPA, or similar roles.
• Prior AI training or evaluation experience is a plus. Sales, account management, or other customer-facing experience is also a plus.
