Validation Lead, Life Sciences (SAP) - (all Genders)

In this role, you lead the development of Tenthpin's global Governance, Quality & Compliance capability within the Life Sciences sector. You will guide validation strategies across SAP S/4HANA transformations and establish a trusted advisory presence with senior client stakeholders. Your work shapes service offerings, thought leadership and a community of experts, blending delivery with strategic growth. You will influence how industry players approach validation and compliance, delivering meaningful business outcomes.

• Establish and grow the global Governance, Quality & Compliance capability, defining offerings and building market credibility
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including Quality, IT, Business and CxO-level leaders
• Identify and pursue value-adding opportunities to grow the practice
• Lead proposals, RFPs and commercial discussions in your area of expertise
• Develop and inspire consultants to build a global expert community
• Shape thought leadership and influence market direction
• Define validation strategies, Validation Master Plans (VMPs) and GxP-compliant approaches
• Lead validation and compliance activities across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes

• Demonstrated experience leading Computer System Validation (CSV) across SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes in regulated Life Sciences environments
• Proven track record as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and CxO-level leaders, with mentoring experience
• Experience establishing and growing consulting capabilities with strategic vision and delivery accountability
• Deep understanding of GxP, quality and compliance, including CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11, and risk-based validation approaches
• Experience defining validation strategies, VMPs and compliant validation frameworks
• Experience shaping service offerings, leading proposals, RFPs and supporting business development
• Experience mentoring and growing teams and capabilities
• Passion for Governance, Quality & Compliance with interest in industry developments and regulatory trends
