Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough appraisals of luxury products and provide accurate assessments of their value
• Provide customer service to VIP client by professional and courteous manner
• Responsible for shop daily operations, stock processing and replenishment etc.

Requirements

• Native Cantonese speaker, good command of English and Mandarin
• Exp. in customer service/handle luxury products
• Good at Chinese typing, excel vlook up and pivot table
• Knowledge and passion in luxury brand will be an advantage
