Value Stream Manager (m/f/d) Sheet Metal Processing & Electronics

As Value Stream Manager, you will lead sheet metal processing and electronics assembly value streams to drive lean improvements, safety, quality, delivery, and cost excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and align value stream strategies with business goals. You’ll champion a zero-accident culture while advancing digitalization and automation to boost transparency and competitiveness. • Lead end-to-end value streams for sheet metal processing and electronics assembly from intake to shipment
• Drive Lean initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM) to improve productivity, quality, and cost
• Develop and implement value stream strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure safety and compliance, fostering a zero-accident culture
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress
• Coordinate multi-functional teams to solve production issues and standardize methodologies
• Develop and mentor a diverse production team and ensure ongoing training
• Support product/process development with R&D, Engineering, and Quality for new products or changes
• Lead capacity/resource planning with order management, including scheduling and staffing
• Drive digitalization and automation to increase process transparency and efficiency
• Build relationships with internal/external partners including customers, suppliers, and authorities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration
• 5+ years in manufacturing with focus on sheet metal processing and/or electronics assembly
• Proven track record in value stream management, lean manufacturing, and team leadership
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
• Understanding of sheet metal and electronics manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership abilities
• English and German language skills
• Willingness to travel in a multicultural, dynamic environment
