On behalf of our client, a major vehicle and trailer manufacturing company in Gotha, we are looking for you to join as a vehicle painter (m/f/d) in a temporary placement with the option of a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Professionally prepare all vehicle parts, body panels and car bodies to be painted.
• Lift heavy vehicle components safely and professionally using a crane, even without a specialised crane licence.
• Carry out thorough preparation and finishing work on all surfaces to be coated with great care.
• Conscientiously inspect finished surfaces for visual defects and any deviations from the specified standard.
• Mix various primer and topcoat colours independently and prepare all necessary materials.
• Paint vehicle parts in an enclosed paint booth using a modern spray gun.

Qualifications

• Completed an apprenticeship as a vehicle painter, painter, or a process mechanic for coating technology.
• Several years of practical experience in industrial paint finishing and using modern spray guns.
• Good to very good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to produce documentation without difficulty.
• Willingness to work a three‑shift system.
• Very high level of quality awareness and reliability.
• Valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany.
