Venture Studio Investor & Builder (also known as: Venture Partner, Principal – Venture Studio, Head of Venture Building, Investment Director – Venture Studio)

We are a premier Berlin-based AI venture studio launching the next generation of deep tech companies. We're looking for a builder who wants to transition from scaling their own startups to systematically co-founding 4–5 AI companies a year.

Why this role matters

The gap between breakthrough machine learning models and viable commercial products is wider than ever. Joining our partner-led team, you'll bridge this divide — working directly with brilliant technical founders at the absolute zero-to-one stage to validate hypotheses, design initial systems, and spin out high-potential AI enterprises.

What you'll do

You'll own product validation, early-stage co-building, and investment readiness for 4–5 new AI-first startups every year.

• Identify, attract, and vet world-class technical founders at the pre-incorporation stage
• Partner hands-on with founders during ideation to validate venture hypotheses and define product direction
• Drive the 0-to-1 product development lifecycle from customer discovery to securing first paying users
• Coach and mentor technical founders on early-stage product design and building roadmaps
• Evaluate and stress-test the technical feasibility and market viability of inbound venture concepts

Who this is a fit for

• Built and shipped AI/ML products as a founder, early engineer, or senior lead
• Guided products from raw customer discovery to securing initial paying customers
• Holds an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a highly quantitative field
• Domain depth in Industrial AI, Healthcare, Robotics, or FinTech
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
