Vice President, Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sustainable financial strategy aligned with the company’s objectives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes
• Analyze financial metrics and derive actionable recommendations for management
• Support strategic and operational decision‑making through financial analyses and modelling
• Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities in financial processes and structures
• Further develop financial systems and data‑driven management tools
• Promote digitalization and automation in the finance function and take responsibility for optimizing end‑to‑end financial processes across different areas
• Lead, develop and coach various FP&A and finance systems teams within the finance organization
• Work closely with business units to ensure efficient corporate management

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in senior finance roles with a focus on financial planning, controlling or corporate management
• Several years of leadership experience with demonstrated success in building high‑performing teams
• Strong strategic and commercial/business acumen
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, analysis and performance management
• Experience in optimizing financial processes and implementing or further developing financial systems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly
• Confident presence and excellent communication skills at all hierarchy levels
• High self‑motivation, strong execution skills and openness to change
• Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
