We are looking for a Vice President / Head of Global E-Commerce (m/f/d) for the Global E-Commerce department in Oberderdingen

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the global E-Commerce strategy across D2C, marketplaces and key digital partners, incl. clear channel roadmaps
• Drive profitable digital growth through KPI-based performance management (revenue, margin, conversion, availability, CX)
• Define global channel architecture and commercial guardrails (assortment, pricing and promo principles) to enable strong local execution
• Build and lead a scalable global E-Commerce operating model with clear decision rights and interfaces across functions and markets
• Steer the cross-functional E-Commerce roadmap (technology, data, analytics, automation) in close partnership with IT
• Ensure end-to-end excellence across the digital customer journey and continuously improve processes and performance
• Manage online–offline interests and channel conflicts constructively to create alignment and trust
• Develop teams and capabilities globally, scaling best practices and coaching key stakeholders

Your Skills:

• 10+ years of progressive E-Commerce experience, incl. leadership in international/matrix environments
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth across D2C, marketplaces and digital partners
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (business planning, forecasting, investment prioritization, P&L ownership)
• Experience building or transforming E-Commerce organizations, operating models and ways of working
• Solid understanding of commerce tech stacks, data-driven performance management and analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills across senior cross-functional counterparts
• Strong people leadership: hires, develops and retains high-performing teams; leads through change
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with clear communication and high accountability
