A first experience in HR is preferred; a background in recruitment is a real plus.
Full professional proficiency in German and English (minimum B2). German is your working language with internal stakeholders; English is used with the Group HR team in France.
Solid project management skills: able to structure, prioritise and run several workstreams in parallel.
Autonomous and proactive, comfortable taking ownership of a project from concept to delivery.
Curious, people-oriented and collaborative, with a genuine interest in talent, learning and diversity topics.
Based in Berlin, the German headquarters of the Group, you will join the HR competence centre, a team of around ten people reporting directly to the Head of HR, Transdev Germany.
