Overview

In this role you will drive the Retrofit Program’s financial stability and success, partnering with finance and project teams to monitor outcomes and optimize costs. You will consolidate budgets, forecasts, and program data while preparing key reviews and documentation. You’ll collaborate across sites to improve project results and financial accuracy in a dynamic railway environment. This is a stakeholder-facing role that links financial control to project delivery, contributing to greener and smarter mobility.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead the Retrofit Program to improve project outcomes
Prepare budget and forecast data for individual projects and consolidate the Retrofit Program
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project results and optimize costs
Provide financial support to project teams and the Retrofit Director
Prepare and review periodic project documentation using internal tools
Contribute to cost control and cost monitoring activities
Monitor project outcomes and minimize retrofit costs while ensuring financial accuracy
Collaborate on cross-site projects to enhance overall performance

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in financial management of international projects, ideally in railway industry
Strong knowledge of project and financial management practices
Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
Willingness to travel and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with tools like SAP/GSI and Excel
