Job Description

coordinate and monitor quality requirements within engineering and development projects.
ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and internal processes.
support and advise Project Managers throughout project execution.
act as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, project reviews, and quality assessments.
collect and monitor project KPIs to measure performance and efficiency.
analyze results and derive improvement actions.
prepare quality reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and quality processes.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable technical field.
have initial experience through internships, working student positions, or a first role in project management, quality assurance, or engineering.
are interested in project management, quality assurance, and process optimization.
possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.
bring an assertive and pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on quality.
are comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and project data.
have very good written and spoken English skills.
