Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer - Officer (Fully Remote)

• You will manage and improve enterprise virtual desktop services ensuring high availability, security, and user satisfaction.
• You support global Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, Azure, and DaaS environments across multiple regions.
• You drive automation, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• You have 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in enterprise Citrix platforms.
• You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Citrix StoreFront, DDC, PVS, and scripting with PowerShell.
• You have experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
