Key Responsibilities

• Design Personalized Training Plans – Use your expertise to create fitness routines that are adaptable, safe, and results‑oriented. Assess client goals, health conditions, and physical abilities to deliver programs that drive success.
• Conduct Live and Pre-recorded Sessions – Lead virtual classes, group sessions, and one-on-one coaching using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. Ensure each session is high-energy, motivating, and interactive to keep clients engaged and progressing.
• Track Progress & Adjust Programs – Evaluate performance metrics, provide real-time feedback, and make program modifications to ensure clients stay on track and reach their goals efficiently and safely.
• Educate & Motivate – Serve as a knowledgeable guide for clients seeking to improve their overall well-being. Share advice on proper techniques, mobility, injury prevention, recovery, and mindset strategies. Help clients develop sustainable fitness habits that fit their lifestyle.
• Provide Ongoing Support – Motivate and mentor clients between sessions through follow-ups, encouragement, and progress check-ins. Use various communication methods to build rapport and keep accountability high.
• Maintain Records & Reports – Keep accurate documentation of client data, progress logs, and session summaries to ensure a consistent and tailored training journey for each individual.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required: Certified through a recognized fitness authority (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) with a minimum of two years experience delivering personal training or group fitness instruction.
• Comfortable using virtual training platforms and fitness apps.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills for remote coaching.
• Passionate about helping others meet fitness goals and sustain long-term health.
• Preferred: Degree or coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nutrition, or similar field.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with diverse populations, including older adults, beginners, or those with chronic conditions.
• Familiarity with digital content creation for fitness blogs, YouTube, or social media.
