VP Finance (Fully Remote)

• Own the finance function end-to-end, initially as the sole internal finance hire.
• Build robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support rapid growth.
• Produce clear reporting for leadership, board, and investors.

Financial Operations:

• Own cash flow management, treasury oversight, and working capital.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts payable, and financial operations with external partners.
• Ensure financial compliance across UK and US entities.

Business Performance:

• Develop deep understanding of unit economics, gross margins, and customer profitability.
• Support commercial teams with financial analysis for pricing and customer opportunities.
• Support future fundraising processes through financial modeling and investor reporting.
• Help maintain financial discipline and operational maturity to scale.
