Associate Director of Research Administration and Finance (Fully Remote)
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Provide strategic oversight of research administration and financial operations, leading a team of grants managers to support the full life cycle of sponsored and non-sponsored funding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on sponsored research administration, financial management, internal controls, and sponsor compliance, acting as primary backup for the Director of Finance and Administration.
- Oversee pre-award and post-award operations including proposal development, compliance, risk management, and financial reconciliations while building partnerships with central offices.
