VP, Global HR Business Partner – Business AI, Technology & Product

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
• Drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership capability
• Develop and execute talent strategies that attract, retain, and nurture high‑performing talent
• Handle complex employee relations matters and champion a culture of accountability

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience
• Senior HRBP leadership experience supporting technology, product, engineering, AI, data, or digital organizations
• Proven success leading organizations through growth, transformation, and operating model change
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• HR certification (SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) preferred
