WEG Property Manager – Commercial Focus

• Independent commercial management of a portfolio of engaging properties
• Point of contact for tenants and owners on all commercial matters
• Maintenance of leases, property documentation and master data
• Review and approval of incoming invoices
• Handling ongoing correspondence with service providers and other interfaces
• Organising and conducting homeowners' association (WEG) meetings
• Account reconciliation in cooperation with internal accounting

Requirements

• Commercial awareness and a desire to work independently
• Confident use of common MS Office software
• Experience with Domus is a plus but not required
• Open to new technologies such as LLMs and automations
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team collaboration
