You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Evaluation of the manufacturability of welded joints (metal and plastic) as well as surface treatments using lasers
Planning of process-specific hardware or the production concept with measures for process assurance
Responsibility for process development and ensuring process capabilities (inline monitoring systems)
Support during commissioning and pre-series production as well as assistance in prototype construction
Advisor and contact person for ME and R&D with deep process understanding

This is what you bring to us:

Extensive process experience as a specialist or project engineer, ideally in the automotive industry
Training at least as a certified welding specialist, ideally as a certified welding engineer
Structured, organized, and independent working style
Ability to convey complex issues in a simple and audience-adapted manner
Excellent English skills and willingness to travel internationally as well as work in international teams
