Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist – Focus on Procurement, Data & E‑Commerce

Responsibilities

• You manage orders with our more than 250 partners and monitor delivery dates and stock levels.
• You maintain and optimize our product and supplier data in our ERP system (Odoo).
• You prepare complex cost calculations, monitor margins and support pricing decisions.
• You coordinate the flow of goods, handle import processes and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
• You work closely with our tech team to continuously improve purchasing processes through smart automations.

Requirements

• Organized thinkers who combine commercial precision with a passion for digital solutions.
• Completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist (or a comparable commercial qualification).
• Modern office skills: Confident use of digital tools (Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems, cloud solutions).
• Structured working style: Ability to carry out complex data maintenance and calculations.
• Passion for quality products: interest in wine, spirits and good food.
• Strong communication: German at native level and confident communication in English.
