Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist — Purchasing, Data, E‑Commerce

• Handle operational orders with over 250 partners worldwide
• Monitor delivery dates and stock levels
• Maintain and optimize article and supplier data in the ERP system Odoo
• Prepare complex cost calculations and monitor margins
• Support pricing for international multichannel sales
• Coordinate the flow of goods and process import operations
• Ensure a smooth supply chain
• Work closely with the tech team to improve purchasing processes through automation

Requirements

• Completed training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant or equivalent commercial qualification
• Qualified career starters or candidates with relevant professional experience
• Confident use of Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems and cloud solutions
• Structured, focused working style for data maintenance and calculations
• Passion for and knowledge of wine, spirits and good food
• German at native level
• Confident English communication with international partners
