As a Power BI Analyst at BairesDev, you will be a key driver of data-driven decision-making, transforming complex business data into strategic insights. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sophisticated interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Design and implement advanced data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from multiple sources.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover complex business insights and trends.
• Develop and optimize data models and visualization strategies for complex business requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to data analytics best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and advanced business intelligence tools.
• Proven track record of developing complex data analysis and visualization solutions.
• Expert-level skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in creating and implementing data governance and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
