About this Role

As anInvisorsHCMSenior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliveronprojects. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, service clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants.You will be the primary face of theHCMworkstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.

In addition to your client-facing role, everyInvisorsSenior Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contributeonprojects as well as contributing internally.

Duties and Responsibilities

AnInvisorsHCMSenior Consultantmust:

• Demonstrate Workday configuration skills and project and industry experience so they can manage client requirement meetings withoutadditionalguidance.
• Direct the activities of consultants associated with theirHCMproject under an architect’s guidance.
• Actas a Mentor forlower-levelemployees, both within the HCM area at large.
• Activelyassisttheir direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked.
• Contribute to the internal goals of theHCM.

Relevant skills and experience

• 3+Years ofWorkdayHCMconfiguration
• Workday project & Implementation Experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
