Workday Integration Lead (f/m/d)

Tasks

Workday is firmly anchored in MHP’s DNA - we create space for modern digitalization solutions and continuously develop our Workday portfolio. As a Workday Integration Lead (f/m/d), you play a key role in driving our projects forward and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

The following tasks await you:

  • Functional and technical design of end-to-end Workday HR processes
  • Leading workshops and creating technical design, testing, and implementation documents
  • Providing consulting services to customers regarding Workday Extend and guiding end-to-end integrations with SAP
  • Enhancing and developing portfolio elements, including new technologies, knowledge transfer, offer templates, and one-pagers
  • Taking responsibility for opportunities, support, and estimating integrations; defining service scopes
  • Participating in pitches and sales demos

Qualifications

To be well‑prepared for your path as a Workday Integration Lead (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:

  • A completed degree and at least 6 years of professional consulting experience, complemented by hands‑on technical expertise in Workday integration approaches (Workday Studio, Connector, WebService, Orchestration, RaaS) and SAP HCM.
  • Passion for consulting and stakeholder management, with proven experience in pre‑sales and sales activities, including writing offers and processing tenders.
  • Expertise in Workday HR modules, Workday Extend, SAP HCM, and functional HR processes covering the full employee life cycle (hire to retire). Strong analytic understanding of HR data models, system architecture, and IT infrastructure, supported by Workday Certification for Integration.
  • A working style characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor, leveraging knowledge of overall Workday Strategy and effective use of Workday Community to support clients and internal teams.

Important Information Before Departure

  • Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
  • Working hours: Full‑time (40h); 30 vacation days
  • Employment type: Permanent
  • Area: Consulting
  • Language: Fluent in English & German at least C1
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
  • Other: A valid work permit; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process. The procedure takes time and may affect the start date.
