Overview

As a Domain Expert within Anaplan's Workforce Center of Excellence, you will act as a trusted leader and subject‑matter expert driving the transformation of our Workforce solutions. Your role will involve partnering with product, sales, customer success, and go‑to‑market teams to align Workforce Applications with customer needs and to enable sales and adoption across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement Teams to integrate Workforce Applications into Anaplan's go‑to‑market motions.
• Create and deliver compelling sales plays, presentations, ROI insights, customer stories, and enablement content, including training materials, evaluations, and testing.
• Drive ecosystem enablement by developing scalable, knowledge‑sharing initiatives and ensuring Workforce Applications presentations align with prospect and customer requirements.
• Translate deep domain expertise into concise sales tactics for the Sales Team.
• Provide ongoing functional and process education and enablement through formal and informal media, market insights, use cases, and discovery discussions.
• Collaborate with the Competitive Intelligence Team to update battlecards, deliver win reports, and provide differentiation insights.
• Guide prospects and customers on best practices for adopting Anaplan’s Workforce Applications, incorporating knowledge of the full portfolio to present a connected planning perspective.
• Deliver actionable feedback from the field to the Product Team.
• Support sales in key and late‑stage opportunities, conducting discovery workshops, solution mapping, and aligning strategic needs with Anaplan’s Workforce solutions.
• Represent Anaplan at internal and external events, contribute marketing content through blogs, webcasts, presentations, whitepapers, and social media.
• Measure success through adoption metrics, enablement completion rates, presentation counts, sales value, and feedback from Sales, Solution Consulting, and GTM Enablement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable understanding of Anaplan’s platform and its application to solve complex business challenges.
• Deep domain knowledge of workforce planning at strategic, operational, and headcount levels, including market knowledge of workforce management, planning, reporting solutions, required processes, and key stakeholders.
• Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
• Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge‑sharing skills, with a demonstrated ability to present compelling content, perform product demonstrations, lead workshops, and develop enablement programs.
• A results‑driven mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high‑quality, high‑impact deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French and/or German to support collaboration with regional stakeholders.
