Working Student (f/m/d) Digital People Solutions (Customer Relationship Management)

Aufgaben:

• Analyze and evaluate data to generate valuable insights to aid decision‑making within the Customer Relationship Management team.
• Create and prepare engaging presentations that effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaborate with various teams within Digital People Solutions, contributing unique perspective to drive IT projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences.
• Support commercial topics such as monitoring charging or contract statuses, ensuring smooth operational workflow.
• Actively participate in creating and managing opportunities in Salesforce on behalf of the CRM team, gaining practical experience in customer relationship management tools.

Qualifikation:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on digital solutions or customer relationship management.
• Experience & Skills: Experience working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with MS SharePoint and Power BI is considered an advantage.
• Ways of working: Adaptable, agile, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage for this role.
