Zendesk Product Owner - Configuration Administrator (Fully Remote)

• Own the Zendesk platform roadmap end-to-end from initial configuration through future enhancements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and manage the backlog of system improvements.
• Lead configuration and administration of fields, workflows, triggers, automations, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4+ years CRM administration or product ownership experience.
• Hands‑on configuration experience with Zendesk or equivalent CRM platform (Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot).
