We are looking for experienced IT professionals to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure for our clients and internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintenance of client and internal servers, workstations, and networks.
• Develop and enhance IT infrastructure solutions.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support.
• Install and configure new network structures including servers and PCs.

Qualifications

• Completed IT training with a technical focus.
• Extensive professional experience in a systems house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Active Directory, Windows Server , SQL Server, Office, Microsoft 365).
• Experience with Apple products (macOS, iOS).
• Familiarity with IP telephony systems.
• Knowledge of switches, routers, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Self‑driven and structured problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).

Additional Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of MS‑SQL Server, Active Directory, network administration, MS Exchange Server.
