Account Manager – Venture Client Alliance

We’re hiring an Account Manager to own day-to-day success for our Venture Client Alliance members and turn startup collaborations into measurable business impact. We combine a proven venture-client model, a collaborative cross-industry network, and our AI-powered platform Foundry Lens to accelerate industrial reinvention.

Backed by Combient Network and Navigare AB (Wallenberg ecosystem). Strategic partnerships with AWS , NVIDIA , and EQT Ventures .

What you’ll do

  • Own success for a portfolio of enterprise members: plans, outcomes, executive updates
  • Orchestrate end-to-end venture-client cycles: needs → scouting → diligence → pilots → scale
  • Drive impact: define KPIs, capture results, ensure adoption beyond pilots
  • Align stakeholders across BUs, procurement, legal, and IT to remove blockers
  • Champion Foundry Lens and feed member insights into the product roadmap
  • Manage scope, timelines, governance; anticipate risks and keep delivery on track
  • Identify expansion signals and partner with Growth/Client Success on next steps

What you bring

  • 3+ years in enterprise account management, customer success, or program management (innovation/SaaS/venture-client a plus)
  • Track record running complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to tangible outcomes
  • Strong executive communication, structured problem-solving, crisp documentation
  • Comfortable with data and KPIs; fluent with modern SaaS and AI-enabled tools
  • Ownership mindset, low ego, bias to action in a fast-moving, global environment
