Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

• Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including posting bank statements, incoming invoices and company credit card receipts
• Posting and checking business transactions
• Creating accrual postings
• Managing fixed assets
• Preparing the advance sales tax return
• Assisting with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Supporting department management with continuous process improvements in financial accounting
• Cash management
• Taking on supporting administrative activities

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience
• Initial experience with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Confident handling of HGB accounting
• Confident in dealing with the common MS Office programs
• Independent, service and results-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of English
