As an office administrator, you are the central interface between our project managers, technicians and customers. Your work ensures that our operations run smoothly and that we can provide assistance quickly and efficiently.

Your tasks in the new job

• Complete new damage management (damage assessment, scheduling, quotation entry, order acceptance, invoice and credit note preparation and invoicing in the areas of leak detection, technical drying and restoration)
• Close communication with responsible project managers, fitters and office staff as well as other departments
• General communication and correspondence with clients
• Scanning and recording of daily reports, measurements and acceptances for restoration work
• Preparation of electricity certificates
• Invoice verification for subcontractors

Your profile

• Structured, independent, careful way of working
• Ability to work under pressure due to a variety of different tasks
• Ideally knowledge of SAGE Handwerk Professional (not a must)
• Knowledge of Outlook & Excel
