Responsibilities

• Administrate and maintain the SAP Basis environment, planning and coordinating updates/upgrades of SAP.
• Monitor system performance and perform performance‑tuning measures to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and manage security policies and protocols.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems and system disturbances for smooth SAP operations.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operating instructions.
• Coordinate hosting provider services.

Qualifications

• More than several years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, Fiori Launchpad, and newer SAP technologies in the SAP HANA environment.
• Knowledge of user and authorization management is desirable.
• Fluency in German.
