Responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture & AI Integration Consulting: Providing guidance on cloud infrastructure design and integration of AI technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Architecture Development: Designing and implementing scalable Data & AI architectures, including Data Mesh and Lakehouse models, and driving modern AI infrastructure development.
• Pipeline & MLOps Engineering: Collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists to build robust data pipelines, optimise MLOps/LLMOps workflows, and ensure smooth model deployment.
• Governance & IT Security: Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance through governance frameworks, system hardening, encryption, access control and alignment with data protection regulations.
• Mentoring & Team Development: Supporting the team in developing expertise in AI architecture through technical mentoring, knowledge sharing and leadership.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing Data & AI architectures.
• Passion for developing innovative AI solutions, driving digital transformation and mentoring teams.
• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML models, MLOps, data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and modern architecture patterns (Data Mesh, Lakehouse).
• Pragmatic, analytical, and solution‑oriented approach to complex technical challenges.

Working Conditions

• Start Date: By agreement – always at the beginning of the month.
• Working Hours: Full‑time (40h); 30 vacation days.
• Flexibility & willingness to travel.
• Valid work permit required; MHP can apply for the permit if needed.
