AI Researcher Responsibilities

• Power digital products with AI. Work with product teams to identify high‑impact opportunities where AI can transform the user experience for millions. Build and ship production‑ready solutions that are robust, reproducible, and scalable.
• Explore ways to push the boundaries of our AI capabilities. Stay at the bleeding edge of AI by researching new models, techniques, and findings. Share insights with the team and turn breakthrough ideas into real‑world impact.
• Refine data foundations for exceptional results. Own the full data lifecycle—from acquisition and labeling to loading and management—to ensure models are trained on clean, high‑quality datasets.

The Selection Process

After passing our screening tests, you will be invited to interview stages. We set a high bar and will only offer a position once we’re convinced you’re the right fit. Roles may stay open for months or be reposted.

Before You Apply

If you’ve applied before but didn’t receive an offer, wait at least one year before reapplication. Spend the first few months at our Milan office to learn culture and build trust, then you may work from Milan, London, or remotely based on the offer.
